1 1/2 lb Flounder fillets 1/4 c Chopped parsley
2 tb Oil -Freshly ground pepper to
2 tb Mayonnaise -taste
1 tb Dijon mustard
Preheat broiler. Place fish in a single layer on lightly oiled broiler
rack. Brush lightly with oil. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and
pepper; spread over fish. Broil 3-8 minutes or till topping is
browned and fish flakes easily when tested with fork. The cooking
time depends on the thickness of the fish. Place on heated platter;
serve atonce.
