Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Hamburger 1 ts Chili Powder
1 md Onion, chopped 1 cn Kidney Beans, drained (15oz)
1 md Green Pepper, chopped 1 cn Tomato Sauce (15oz)
3 Garlic Cloves, chopped 1 cn Mexicorn, undrained (12oz)
1 ts Sugar 2 c Tortilla Chips
1/2 ts Oregano Leaves 4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese

In large skillet, brown hamburger and onion; drain well. Stir in
sugar, oregano, chili powder, kidney beans, tomato sauce and corn.
Simmer 10-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the
moisture is absorbed. Sprinkle tortilla chips evenly over meat
mixture; top with cheese. Cover, simmer 2-3 minutes or until cheese
