1 lg Box elbow macaroni 1/2 ts Salt
1 lb Cheddar cheese, grated 1 c Velveta cheese grated
1 pt Sour cream 2 tb Butter
1 c Milk, scalded 1/2 c Buttered bread crumbs (opt.)
Boil macaroni until tender and rinse under cold water. In a suace
pan, scald milk, add cheeses and stir until melted. Remove from the
heat and add sour cream and mix well. Add to cooled macaroni and
place in a greased baking dish. Dot with the butter and sprinkle
with the buttered bread crumbs if desired. Bake in a 375 degree oven
45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
