2 tb Olive oil
3 Cl Garlic; minced
6 Lean pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 Onion; chopped
1 c Beef broth
Worcestershire sauce
Chili powder
6 tb Tomato paste
6 tb White wine
1 Green pepper; chopped
1 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced
Heat oil. Brown garlic, add pork chops and brown. Add remaining
ingredients, cover and simmer 30-35 minutes.
