Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

----------------FROM: SAM BASS, COOKING ECHO---------------------
New Mexico Marinade 1 1/2 t Ground cumin
1 1/2 c Beer 1/2 c Chopped fresh cilantro
3 ea - large garlic cloves 1/2 c Lime juice
2 t Chili powder 1 t Tabasco pepper sauce

Process all ingredients in a food processor blender until well
combined. Marinade can be stored in a one (1) pint covered jar in the
refrigerator for up to three (3) days. Can be used as a marinade for
beef, pork and chicken. Makes two (2) cups.
