1 c Hunts no salt tomato sauce
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
3 ds Tabasco
1 c Water
1/4 c Vinegar
1 ts Sugar or 2 packets of equal
1 ts Celery seed
1 ts Dried onion
1/4 ts Liquid smoke
Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling, then simmer 30 minutes.
Optional: add a squeeze or two of lime juice.
