Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
8 oz Spiral vegetable pasta 1 c Tahini
1 Onion, sliced 1 1/4 c Water
2 Cloves garlic, chopped 1 tb Soy sauce
1 c Sliced mushrooms 1 tb Chopped parsley
1 tb Oil
Heat a large pot of water until boiling. Add the pasta, stir,
and return to a boil.
Saute the onions, garlic, and mushrooms in oil in a heavy skillet
until all of the vegetables are tender. Add the tahini, water, soy
sauce, and the parsley. Stir until the ingredients are well-blended
and heated all the way through.
When the pasta is cooked, drain it and cover with the sauce.
Serve right away.
