8 Chicken Breasts Without Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Skin 1 Jar Pimientos, Chopped (3
1 cn Cream Of Chicken Soup -1/2 Ozs) -- drained
1 c White Cooking Wine 1 c Sour Cream
1 tb Basil Wild Rice
Place chicken breasts in a large pan so that meat is in a single
layer. Combine soup, wine, basil, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over
chicken and cover container with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 300 F.
Remove from oven and spread with pimento and sour cream. Return to
oven to keep warm. Serve chicken on a bed of wild rice. Makes 8
servings.
