Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 Fish fillets (1/2 to 1 -Onion powder
-fillet per person) -Black pepper
-Margarine -Lemon juice
Wash and dry fillets. Place in shallow glass microwave dish. Dot with
margarine. Sprinkle LIGHTLY with onion powder and pepper. Cover
container with plastic wrap. Nuke for 3 minutes on HIGH. Rest for 5
minutes. Nuke on 1/2 power for 3 minutes. Serve with lemon juice.
You can put the lemon juice on the fish before you nuke it, but we
don't because for some reason my hubby "likes to do his own".
