See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 c Nuts, ground fine 1 x Parsley, to taste
1/2 c Sunflower seeds, ground fine 2 x Eggs
1/2 c Grated carrots 1 ts Salt
1 x Celery stalk, ground 1 pn Sage
1 x Small onion, ground 1 x Bread crumbs
1/2 x Green pepper, ground
Put nuts, seeds, carrots,celery, onion, pepper and parsley in a food
grinder or blender with enough liquid(a tomato or 1/2 c broth) and
grind; then add egg, salt, and sage. Blend. If they are too dry, add
more broth or tomato pulp. If too moist, add bread crumbs. Shape into
