Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
12 ea Marshmallows 1 1/2 c Applesauce
1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Cocoanut
1/2 ea Lemon - juice 2 ea Egg whites - beaten
Salt - a few grains
Dissolve marshmallows in heated applesauce, add rest of ingredients,
stir and place in refrigerator to chill. Vanilla may be used instead
of lemon juice.
