Oat-bran raisin muffins

Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 1/4 c Oat bran 1/2 c Walnuts OR raisins OR other
1/4 c Brown sugar Fruit or nuts
2 t Baking powder 1 x Egg equivalent
1 1/2 t Ground ginger 1/4 c Honey
1/4 t Black pepper 3/4 c Warm skim milk or non-dairy
1/2 c Raisins Equivalent

Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Combine and let set 10
minutes. Pour into lightly greased/pammed muffin tins. Bake at 375
degrees 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
