1/2 c Brown sugar, packed -- butter
1 c Oats, quick-cooking 1/2 c Peanuts; chopped

Preparation Time: 0:35 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl,
combine butter, flour, brown sugar, oats, and vanilla; mix until
blended. Press evenly over bottom of a buttered 8-inch square baking
pan. Bake 16 to 18 mins, or until golden around edges. Let cool. 2.
Meanwhile, in a 2-cup glass measure, combine chocolate chips and
peanut butter. Heat in microwave on High about 1 min, or until melted
and smooth when stirred. 3. Spread chocolate mixture over baked
crust. Sprinkle peanuts on top. Refrigerate until topping is almost
firm, 30 to 40 mins. Cut into 25 squares. Store, covered, in
refrigerator.
