Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Old-fashioned oats 1 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Sugar 1 ts Orange peel
1/2 c Flour 1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 c Whole-wheat flour 1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Dry buttermilk powder 1 c Raisins

Place oats in a food processor; process till coarsely ground. Add
sugars, flour, buttermilk powder, baking powder, orange peel, baking
soda, and salt; pulse process just until well blended. Stir in
raisins. Store in an airtight container. To serve: Preheat oven to
400. Combine muffin mix, 1/2 cup water, 1/3 cup oil, and 2 eggs, stir
just until moistened. Fill lightly greased muffin cups about
three-fourths full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick
