Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
9 oz (500 gram) ripe Camembert 2 1/2 tb (80 gram) butter
-cheese 2 sm Onions, finely chopped
4 1/2 oz (250 gram) cream cheese
OBATZDA (Cheese Spread)
beer salt, pepper, caraway
With A fork, crush and blend cheese with butter. Add chopped onions
and salt, pepper, caraway. Gradually blend in just enough beer to
create a spreadable mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
