Main Ingredients:
8 oz. spicy V8 juice
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. mustard powder
1/4 tsp. salt, opt.
1/4 tsp. chili powder, more if desired
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Combine ingredients in a small non aluminum saucepan, stirring until blended. Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Yield 1 3/4 cups.
