Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 cn Pineapple rings in juice -- 1/4 ts Ground cloves
8 oz Drained 1 ts Dry mustard
1 cn Ham -- 5 lb. 1 tb Vinegar
1/2 c Packed brown sugar 1/4 c Maraschino cherries
Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice; set aside. Place ham
in a baking pan; bake at 350 deg. for 30 min. Combine brown sugar,
cloves, mustard and vinegar in small bowl; stir in reserved pineapple
juice. Score ham; place pineapple slices and cherries on top of ham;
spoon glaze over fruit and ham. Bake for another 40 to 45 min.
basting occasionally. Yield; 8 to 10 servings.
