4 md Potatoes, cut into thin -1/2" slices
-wedges microwaved 8-10 2 tb Vegetable oil
-minutes until tender 1/2 c Sliced green onions
1 lb Boned and skinned chicken 1/4 c Prepared teriyaki sauce
-breasts, cut into long
Time: 20 minutes.
While potaotes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil
over high heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes
are lightly browned. Add onions and teriyaki sauce; toss until heated
through.
Per Serving: 280 calories, 9 grams fat, 45 milligrams cholesterol, 740
milligrams sodium, 28 grams carbohydrates, 21 grams protein.
