Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Cheddar cheese -- 8 oz 3 tb Dried minced onion
Shredded 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
4 oz Roquefort cheese 1 c Fresh parsley -- minced
4 pk Cream cheese -- 3 oz ea. Crackers
Softened
In a mixing bowl, beat cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce until
well mixed. Shape into a ball and roll in parsley. Chill. Serve with
crackers. Yield: 1 cheese ball (4 inches)
