1/4 c Skim milk 1 ea Pk (ab 1 1/2oz) dry onion
2 c Nonfat cottage cheese, -soup mix, (any brand)
-drained
Mix skim milk and cottage cheese in blender. Blend on high speed until
smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes. Stir in onion soup mix. Chill one
hour. Serve with fresh vegetables. Note: You can make this with
fatfree sour cream in place of the cottage cheese and skim milk. Per
