Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Cucumber; scrubbed and -sliced
-thinly sliced 1 tb Rice vinegar
1 tb Peanuts; chopped 1 tb Oriental sesame oil
1 Orange; peeled and thinly Salt and pepper
In plastic container, mix all of the ingredients together. Season
