Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 tb Cooking oil 1/4 c Low sodium soy sauce -- or
1 1/2 lb Round steak -- cut into 1 in Regular
Cubes 1 Clove garlic -- minced
Lean 1 1/2 ts Fresh ginger root -- grated
3 c Beef broth Optional
1 Head cauliflower -- 3 tb Cornstarch
Separated into 1/2 ts Sugar
Florets 1/4 c Water
1 lg Green pepper -- cut into 1 c Green onion -- sliced
Chunks Cooked rice

In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high. brown meat on all sides. Add
broth; cover and simmer until beef is tender, about 1 hr. Add
cauliflower, green pepper, soy sauce, garlic, and gingerroot if
desired. Cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 5 to
7 min. Combine cornstarch, sugar and water. Stir into meat mixture.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook 2 min. or until thickened.
Stir in green onion. Serve on rice.
