Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 3/4 c Water -soy sauce
1/2 c Cashew nuts 2 Celery sticks
1 1/2 T Arrowroot powder 1/8 t Celery seed
-(or 2 tablespoons whole -powder
-wheat flour) 1/4 teaspoon
Using a blender, blend everything till smooth. Carefully simmer in a
saucepan until thick. Add 1/4 chopped parsley and serve. From: Jay
