Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

8 oz Cream Cheese 1/2 c Diced orange sections
2 tb Powdered sugar 1/2 c Halved maraschino cherries
1/4 c Dairy sour cream 1/2 c Pecans, crushed
1 tb Lemon juice 2 c Diced bananas
1/2 ts Salt 1 c Whipping cream

In a small mixing bowl beat together cream cheese (softened to room
temperature), sour cream, powdered sugar, lemon juice and salt until
light and fluffy. Fold in oranges, cherries, pecans, bananas, and
whipped cream. Turn into a mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto
serving plate. Garnish with cherries. Randy Rigg
