1 lg Orange, unpelled 12 oz Bottle maraschino cherries,
6 lb Peaches -cut in pieces, juice
6 lb Sugar -reserved
Put peaches and orange thru meat grinder after the peaches have been
peeled and stoned. Boil peach pulp with sugar for 3/4 of an hour.
Then add the cherries and boil 15 minutes longer. Pour into jars,
