Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 Peaches (about 1 1/2 lbs)
2 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Granulated sugar
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground cloves
1 1/3 c Vanilla yogurt
Peel and dice peaches. Combine with brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, and
cloves. Let mixture stand until the sugar dissolves and the peaches
become juicy (about 5 minutes). Layer the peach mixture and the
yogurt in parfait glasses; serve.
Yield: 4 servings.
