Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 16 oz can -stick), softened
1 c Buttermilk baking mix 1/2 ts Vanilla
1/3 c Milk 1 Egg
3 tb Honey 1 c Chopped walnuts
2 tb Butter or margarine (1/4 Sliced pears

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
Drain pears well; dice pears; set aside. In a bowl, measure baking
mix, milk, honey, butter, vanilla and egg. Beat mixture just until
blended. Fold diced pears and walnuts into batter. Spread batter in
pie plate. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes
out clean. Serves 6.
