10 oz Frozen peas; 1 ds Pepper;
2 c Cabbage; finely shredded 1/4 ts Curry powder;
1 Green onions; thinly sliced 1 ts Prepared mustard;
1/2 c Slaw dressing; (purchased 1 ts White-wine vinegar;
-- homemade) 3/4 c Salted peanuts;
1/4 ts Salt;
Place peas in colander and run hot water over them until thawed. Drain
well. In a large bowl, combine peas, cabbage and onion. In a large
bowl, combine remaining slaw dressing, salt, pepper, curry, mustard
and vinegar. Blend dreesing into cabbage mixture and toss lightly.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Just before serving, pour peanuts
on top of salad.
