Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Persimmon pulp 1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 c Sugar 1/2 c Chopped dates
1 c Vanilla wafer crumbs

Mix all ingredients and bake 1 hour in a 300 degree oven in 1 pound
coffee tin. Remove from can when cool, roll in crushed nuts.
