2 cups cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup blueberries, pureed
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Heat cream until it starts steaming (or until bubbles appear).
Remove from heat and stir in sugar until dissolved.
Add pureed blueberries and cool.
Mix in machine.
