8 English muffin halves -- Singles, Healthy Cho
Mix together zucchini, onion and oregano. for each pizza, top muffin
half with tomato slice and 1 tb zucchini mixture; cover with cheese
slice. Broil until cheese melts. 8 servings, each 102 calories, 7 g
protein, 16 g carbo., 5 g fat, 3 mg cholesterol, 451 mg sodium,
calories from fat = 6%.
