Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Crushed pineapple, 1/3 c Cornstarch
Unsweetened, drained, juice 2 tb Pineapple juice
Reserved 4 lg Strawberries
Blend all ingredients except strawberries in a blender until smooth.
Pour into top of double boiler and cook until thickened. Cool
slightly and pour into 4 dessert dishes and chill. Top with
strawberry before serving.
