1 ts Oil 1 c Chopped fresh broccoli or
1 10 oz can Cauliflower
1 ts Italian seasoning 1 sm Onion -- chopped
1 c (4 oz) shredded part-skim 2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
-Mozzarella cheese 1/4 c Mild yellow pepper rings --
8 oz Turkey cheddar smoked Drained (optional)
Sausage -- cut into 1/4" Refrigerated pizza crust
Slices
Prep Time: 15 min. Cooking Time 15 min.
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Brush 1/2 tsp oil on shallow 10x15-inch
baking pan. Unroll pizza dough and place on pan; press dough evenly
across pan bottom to form crust, rolling up edges. Lightly brush top
of dough with remaining oil; sprinkle with seasoning. Prick crust
generously with fork. Bake 5 minutes. Remove crust from oven;
sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with sausage slices and
remaining ingredients. Bake 12 minutes or until crust is browned.
