Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/4 c Corn oil Color (powder found at
1/4 c Melted butter -Mexican markets)
1/2 t Onion powder 1/4 t Ground cumin
1/2 t Garlic powder 2 t Lemon juice
1 t Annatto powder or a few 3 lb Chicken pieces
-drops yellow food

Combine all except chicken in a shallow pan. Add chicken, turning to
coat. Cover and marinate several hours or overnight. Remove chicken
from marinade, cook over medium coals on BBQ grill or 4" from source
of heat under broiler, until browned on both sides and done, turning
and basting frequently, about 30-45 minutes. Serves: 4 From: Judy
