6 Pork chops 1 sm Can Mushroom stems
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup And pieces, drained
3/4 cn Milk Few drops Kitchen Bouquet
1 tb Dried minced onion Hot cooked noodles
Trim fat from chops. Rub the fat from the chops over bottom of
electric frypan; then discard. Brown chops in frypan, salt and
peppering to taste.
In a bowl combine soup, milk, onion, mushrooms, and Kitchen Bouquet.
Stir until creamy. Pour over chops, lifting chops so soup mixture
coats both sides. Simmer covered 45 minutes or until chops are
tender. Remove chops. Add hot cooked noodles to soup mixture and stir
to coat.
Serves 3-6.
