See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 lb Yellow squash 1 c Mayonnaise
2 Eggs; beaten 1 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Bell pepper; finely Salt and pepper to taste
-- chopped Buttered bread crumbs
1/4 c Onion; finely chopped

Cook squash, drain. Combine other ingredients in a bowl. Add squash.
Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 mins.
Note: This can be frozen, but defrost thoroughly before cooking.
