Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Mashed potatoes
1 lb Polish sausage
1 ea Green pepper; diced
1 ea Med Onion; diced
Brown Polish sausage in a saucepan, add pepper and onion. Cook until
vegetables are soft. Drain well on toweling. Grease muffin pans.
Place mashed potatoes in muffin pan.Scoop out center of each
and fill with sausage mix. Bake 425 degrees for 15 min- utes.
