See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
5 ea Onions, sliced Garlic powder
4 lb Chuck roast 1/2 c Water
Salt 12 oz Kasha (buckweat groats)
Pepper
Place all ingredients except kasha in a large pot. Cook on low heat
until tender, about 3 hours. Prepare kasha according to package
instructions. To serve: pour meat, onions and gravy over kasha.
