Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 md Potatoes -- peeled diced 4 Hard-boiled eggs
1 md Onion -- chopped Salt
1/2 lb Canadian bacon -- chopped Black pepper
2 c Milk -- scalded
Place potatoes and onions in a large soup kettle. Add water just to
cover and bring to a boil. Simmer until potatoes are just tender. Add
remaining ingredients and season to taste. Heat through and serve at
once.
