See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 tb Butter 1 1/2 c Grated Cantal or Gruyere
Salt and pepper -cheese
1 3/4 lb Grated potatoes 3/4 c Sour cream
Put the butter in a small dish, 9 inches in diameter and melt in
the microwave on high for 1 minute. Make sure the butter covers the
bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the potatoes and season with
salt and pepper. Pour 1-1/4 cups water over. Cover and microwave on
High for 8 minutes.
Add the cheese and sour cream to the potatoes. Stir carefully
with a fork, making sure that no cheese is left on the surface. Cover
and microwave on High for 6 minutes. Serve very hot in the same dish.
