Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Ground beef, lean 1/4 ts Black pepper
1 sm Chopped onion 2 tb Brown sugar
1 cn Tomato paste -- 6 oz 1 cn Kidney beans -- 16 oz
2 cn Water Drained
2 ts Chili powder And rinsed
1 ts Salt Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 ts Cumin -- optional
In a saucepan, brown beef and onion. Drain fat. Stir in all remaining
ingredients except cheese; cover and simmer 20 min. Top each serving
with cheese, if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
