Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Beef; ground 1 cn Soup; cheddar cheese
1/4 c Milk 3/4 c Water
3/4 c Onion; chopped 1 c Vegetables, frozen; mixed
2 c Baking mix (bisquik) 1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded

Heat oven to 400 F.

Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Cook beef and onion in 10"
skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in soup, vegetables and
milk. Stir baking mix and water in baking dish until moistened;
spread evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 30 min.
