Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Red apples -- unpeeded cut 2 ea Kiwi fruit -- peeled
Chunks Sliced
1 lg Orange -- peeled 1 ct Lemon yogurt, lowfat -- or
Sectioned Vanilla 8 oz
1 ea Banana -- peeled sliced 1 ea Fresh mint -- optional
Combine all fruit in a medium bowl; toss gentlly. Spoon into
individual serving bowls; top with a dollop of yogurt. Garnish with
mint if desired. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
