Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Arborio rice 1 ts Oregano
2 1/2 c Chicken broth; heated 1 ts Chives
1 tb Olive oil 1/2 c Dry white wine
1/2 c Quick cooking rice 1/3 c Romano cheese
2 Shallots; chopped Tomatoes; chop, optional
1 ts Basil
Saute shallots in oil; add rice and stir a few minutes. Add warm
broth and wine; stir. Add herbs and cheese. Remove from heat and let
sit. Can add tomatoes, if using.
