1/2 c Sliced mushrooms 1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 c Chopped onions MEAT (see below)
1 cn Condensed SOUP (See below) 1/2 c VEGETABLE (see below)

Cream of mushroom Cream of chicken
Cream of celery Cheddar cheese
----------------------MEAT (CHOOSE ONE---------------------------
4 oz Dried beef, rinsed and 1 c Cooked chicken cut into
Cut into strips Strips
1 c Cooked ham cut into strips 1 cn Tuna, drained and flaked
1 c Cooked turkey cut into strip
-------------------VEGETABLE (CHOOSE ONE------------------------
Drained cooked peas Drained, cooked diced
Drained, cooked cut green Carrots
Beans Packed chopped raw spinach
-----------------ACCOMPANIMENT (CHOOSE ONE----------------------
Toast points Hot cooked noodles
Baked potatoes, split Baked patty shells
In two quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot butter, cook mushrooms
and onion until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in SOUP, milk
and mustard until smooth. Stir in MEAT and VEGETABLE. Heat through,
stirring occasionally. Serve over ACCOMPANIMENT.
