Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Vanilla ice cream -- 1 tb Butter or margarine --
Softened Melted
1 c Self-rising flour 2 tb Sugar
1 c Fresh blueberries
In a medium bowl, mix ice cream and flour. Fold in blueberries. Spoon
into six greased muffin cups. Bake at 375 deg. for 20-25 minutes or
until muffins test done. While hot, brush muffin tops with butter and
sprinkle with sugar. Serve warm. Yield: 6 servings.
