1 Bunch fresh basil
4 oz Plain low fat yogurt
4 oz Apple cider
1 Tea balsamic vinegar
1 pn Fresh raspberries
4 oz Olive oil
Pepper to taste
LOW-CAL 22 CAL PER 1/2 OZ add 1/2 the raspberries to the vinegar add
reduce by 1/3 mix cooled reduction and yogurt mix cooled reduction
and yogurt add the olive oil add chopped raspberries
