Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
5 lb Medium Ground Pork 2 t Ground Mace
1 T Salt 2 t Coriander
2 T Sage 1 ea Whole Nutmeg, grated
2 t Freshly Ground Pepper 1 c Water
1 t Ground Cloves
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into sheep casing or make
