Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 ea Apples pared and cored 1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/2 c Granulated sugar 2 tb Butter
1/2 c Brown sugar 1/2 c Apple juice
Cut apple into very thin slices and put into glass bowl. Combine
sugars and nutmeg and sprinkle over apples. Dot with butter then
pour apple juice over all. Cover and microwave on high 8 to 10
minutes stirring 3 times during cooking. Let stand covered 10
