Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/4 c Honey 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Water 1 ts Poppy seeds; (optional)
1 Egg 1 1/2 c Bread flour
1/4 c Oil 1 1/2 c Wheat flour
1/2 ts Vanilla 1 tb Yeast
2 Med ripe bananas; sliced 1/2 c Chopped walnuts

This is the recipe I have used for my Hitachi bread machine. We really like
it. You could use all white flour instead of wheat if you like. I add the
walnuts at the beginning with other ingred. It seems to mix better. You can
also add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon if you like. We like it better without. Sandy
